With the knowledge we now have on the workings of the universe, many are looking to use the law of attraction to actually work with these laws to give direction to their lives. It is the amount of attention that we give to something based on our thoughts that actually goes towards programming our subconscious mind and this in turn correlates to how the law of attraction is invovked in our lives.

In line with this, many have chose to start a work from home business and therefore find themselves working many hours to make their dreams come true. We all know that to make out small businesses work, we will need to make use of expert sales and marketing strategies and affirming ourselves as experts will help us to realise our dreams. When we really decide exactly what it is that we want in our lives in terms of our dream work from home business, we then should look to use the law of attration in conjunction with positive affirmations and the programming of our subconscious minds to give real meaning and direction to our lives.

The highly awaited NetAudioAds audit is published.

Saturday 19 July 2008 @ 11:03 pm

Since December 2008, a company called Voice2Page/NetAudioAds released its newest advertising product Pay Per Play for Beta testing and applied for accredited BPAWorldwide membership (the biggest television, print, radio media membership company in the world).

For 7 months 35000 webmasters who signed up for free, waited eagerly for the publication of the BPAWorldwide audit report, which was hailed to be the crucial step in internet advertising. But before this prestigious and respected company approved NetAudioAds for membership it audited the uncensored raw server data of NetAudioAds from January 24, 2008 to February 14, 2008.

For too long the internet has been filled with fraudulent claims of advert delivery without any accountability. NetAudioAds has succeeded in bringing accountability to the internet, in a big fashion.

This audit turned out to be the biggest media audit that BPA world wide has ever done in their entire 70 year illustrious history in any media.

This is clearly evident in the 4 page audit report which shows that NetAudioAds has served 185 million 5 second audio ads over the audit period of 22 days. No server manipulation or automated click generation or click farms were used. Genuine hits from good, respectable websites that have a variety of users.

This is beyond most advertising companies can ever hope to accomplish. Many advertisers with million dollar budgets (initially hesitant to trust internet advertising) will be reading the report and booking their ad plays with renewed confidence. Online audio bookings are also available.

>Enquiries are highly encouraged as NetAudioAds may prove to be a true winner as one of the biggest online advertiser to come.

Why Network Marketers Fail…

Saturday 12 July 2008 @ 10:19 pm

Today you’re going to find out why 95% of all Network Marketers fail and give up. This is really all pretty simple but most don’t know how to get out of it.

The reason most Networkers fail is because they are using old outdated tactics to grow their business. Which tactics am I talking about?

I’m talking about cold calling and buying leads. Granted some people are very good at calling leads. This is mainly after a few years and a few thousand leads later.

They may have their closing rate down to about 1 out of 5.

However, there is something truly unduplicatable about cold calling leads.

I could never teach every one of my team members everything I know about talking to people on the phone, it’s just not realistic.

Also, there is a huge problem with the type of leads that people buy. Most of the leads people buy are general business opportunity leads. What does this truly mean?

Well that means they are looking for a way to make money, however they may have no idea what network marketing or MLM even is. Are you going to try and sell them on why it works? Of course not because you’re not a sales person nor do you have any idea how to do that in the first place.

So you can either keep buying those leads and tread water for a while longer or learn some new skills. Usually I find that most people, well the people who are making money in this industry choose the latter.

Colon Cancer Is Treatable

Thursday 10 July 2008 @ 9:25 pm

Colon cancer is the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the United States. The American Cancer Society estimates that 950 people will die in Arizona this year from illnesses related to colon cancer. Colon cancer is a very common cancer second only to lung cancer. The strongest risk factor for colon cancer is age. Colon cancer is preventable and curable. It is preventable by removing the precancerous colon polyps, one of the colon cancer early symptoms.

Colon cancer is cancer that develops in the colon or the rectum. The colon and rectum are parts of the digestive system, which is also called the gastrointestinal, or GI, system. Colon cancer is the second most common cause of cancer-related death in Canada. It is estimated that one of 16 Canadian men and one of 18 Canadian women will develop colon cancer in their lifetimes, just behind breast cancer for women and prostate cancer in men. Colon cancer is preventable. The most important step towards preventing colon cancer is getting a screening test as colon cancer symptoms are not always obvious.

Colon cancer is one of the most common forms of cancer in the United States for both men and women. Also referred to as colorectal cancer, colon cancer occurs in the large intestine (colon) or the rectum (end of the colon). Colon cancer is the second most common cause of death from cancer in the United States - almost 60,000 people die from it each year. Men and women over age 50 are more likely to develop colon cancer, and a personal or family history of colorectal cancer or precancerous polyps increases a person’s risk. Colon cancer is the second most commonly diagnosed cancer among Americans, but it has an excellent cure rate.

Colon cancer is, in almost all cases, a treatable disease if caught early. Removal of pre-cancerous polyps by colonoscopy essentially prevents colon cancer. Colon cancer is often fatal if the cancer cells have spread unchecked through the lymphatic system or bloodstream to adjacent and/or distant tissues. Colorectal cancer has a strong tendency to metastasize to the liver, which represents the leading cause of death for people with the disease. Colon cancer is divided up into stages, “a” through “d,” and “a” is an earlier stage. But if you can find it at an early stage, more than 95 percent of people are cured.

Colon cancer is cancer in parts of the body including the colon, rectum, appendix and anus. It is also called “colorectal” cancer. Colon cancer is caused by the abnormal growth of cells in the lining of the bowel. Usually small lumps called polyps begin to form. Colon cancer is more likely to occur as people get older. This disease is more common in people over the age of 50 (45 for African Americans).

Screening

Screenings can detect cancers of the breast, colon, rectum, cervix, prostate, oral cavity and skin at early stages. A heightened awareness of breast or skin changes may also result in tumors detected at earlier stages. Screening tests are used to look for disease in people who do not have any symptoms. In many cases, these tests can find colorectal cancers at an early stage and greatly improve the chances of successful treatment. Screening, particularly with colonoscopy, in increased- and high-risk populations can save lives. The most important risk factors are a family history of colorectal cancer and personal history of colorectal cancer, polyps, or chronic inflammatory bowel disease.

Colorectal Cancer And African Americans

Colorectal cancer was the first cancer type to be shown to respond to antiangiogenic therapy as demonstrated by the clinical trials performed by Herb Hurwirtz and colleagues at Duke University. Based on the evidence for improved median survival rates, the FDA approved Avastin for use in combination therapy in advanced colorectal cancer. Colorectal cancer is a problem for all races, but it’s particularly crucial that information about how to prevent colorectal cancer gets through to African-Americans, who are more likely to get the disease than whites or any other group. And when African-Americans get colon cancer, they’re more likely to die from it. Colorectal cancer, often referred to as colon cancer, is the second leading cancer killer among men and women in the United States. It is largely preventable with regular screening, and is curable with early detection.

Colorectal cancer screening works! The number of deaths from colorectal cancer has been declining for the past 15 years, likely due in part to increased screening, which allows for earlier detection of cancer and precancerous polyps and earlier treatment. Colorectal adenocarcinoma can be divided in three grades: Grade I (low grade or well-differentiated), grade II (average grade or moderately differentiated) and grade III (poorly differentiated). The following histopathologic features have been shown to be prognostic indicators in multivariate analysis: microacinar versus macroacinar growth pattern, endocrine cells detected by chromogranin immunohistochemistry, Crohn’s-like reaction and tumor budding.

Colon Cancer Research

Research shows that the composition of the body’s cells actually changes with changes in dietary fat. Polyunsaturated oils create unstable cells that are more vulnerable to the kind of damage that can begin the cancer process. Researchers at the University of Arizona found that people who have been treated for colon or rectal cancer have less risk of recurrence when their diets are rich in fiber. They found benefits from daily supplements of 13.5 grams of wheat bran fiber (the amount in a half-cup of bran cereal), but they speculate that other forms of fiber might have the same effect. Researchers estimate that one in four people has developed adenomatous polyps by the age of 50, though most of these people will never develop colon cancer.

Researchers now have confirmation that colon cancer arises from polyps over a period of five to ten years. Removal of all polyps, therefore, can potentially prevent some colon cancers.

Notary Public Duties

Thursday 10 July 2008 @ 9:18 pm

A notary public is a public servant appointed by the government to be of service to the public. In California, you must be 18 years old to become a notary public. A Notary Public is a public official who has the power in law to witness the signing of a written statement or certify the authenticity of documents and make them official. Usually, a Notary Public has in force a practising certificate as a solicitor/advocate/lawyer, depending on the legal system in that country. A Notary Public is a professional, who functions as a public servant appointed by state government to witness the signing of important financial, legal or medical documents, and to administer oaths. The Notary is responsible for verifying the identity of the signing parties, and helps ensure that documents are properly executed.

A Notary Public is a honest, moral and responsible member of our society. They are appointed by the office of the Secretary of State to witness by an official seal and written acknowledgement, or jurat, the signing of documents, as well as admister an oath. A notary public is a state-appointed government official with the authority to witness the signing of legal documents and administer oaths. A notary helps to prevent fraud by validating the identity of a signatory and confirms that a document is appropriately executed.

A notary public is authorized by the state/country in which the person resides to administer oaths (swearing to truth of a statement), and certify documents. The signature and seal or stamp of a notary public is necessary to confirm the oath of truth of the person executing the document. A notary public is responsible for a number of important functions.

Documents

Documents are notarized to prevent fraud and protect the parties to ensure that the signing party signature is authenticated. A notary public acts as an impartial witness to identify the signers to screen out impostors while making sure documents are willingly signed and that the signing party has the mental capacity to sign such. Documents within many industries such as Real Estate, Financial, Legal and Healthcare are requiring more and more notarization to help deter fraudulent activity. Today with the increasing amount of identity theft and corporate corruption, these industries use notarization as a checks and balancing tool.

Notaries deter fraud when they perform their duties with diligence and obey the laws governing their duties. An impartial witness (the Notary) ensures that the signers of documents are who they say they are and not impostors. In the United States, a non-attorney notary may not offer legal advice or prepare documents (with the exception of Louisiana[citation needed]) and cannot recommend how a person should sign a document or even what type of notarization is necessary. The Fundamentals Of A Great Golf Swing

Wednesday 9 July 2008 @ 9:46 pm

Tiger Woods, Arnold Palmer, and all the great professional golf players focus on the fundamentals of playing golf and developing a great golf swing. These fundamentals, among others, include your grip and proper ways to hold the club, your posture, setting up the ball, etc.

Ranked high amongst successfully improving your golf swing is setting up the ball properly. Setup includes the width of your stance, your knee flex, straight posture, bending from your hip sockets, and the angle of your back, which is maintained from the swing.

Pivot is another fundamental of playing golf.

How you move your body depends on your ability to make an effective golf swing. Your body should pivot so that it moves the toes and head in order and excludes the arms and hands. On a golf course, the player tends to focus on the arm and hand relationship, as well as the arms and hands action during a golf swing.

Alignment is essential as well.

How you set up, and choose your target makes all the difference in the world. On the mental side, the you will have advanced your golf swing so that you do not even think about the swing.

Practice is the essential action for playing effective golf. Practice helps you to improve your golf swing; what I like about the pros is that they will practice and analyze their own golf swings often to improve their skill.

So, get out there and practice, practice, and practice. For more tips and instructional videos visit: Guru Golfing Tips

Save Big With Used Car Reviews

Tuesday 8 July 2008 @ 9:17 pm

If you know how to buy used cars you’ve tackled a hated art. Whether you are buying them in the interest of restoring them and reselling them, or simply looking for a cheap and efficient form of transportation, paying the appropriate used car prices and knowing which cars will last and which cars won’t is crucial. A lot of people aren’t aware of used car reviews. Although many of them look at used car price guides in order to figure out how much to spend on a particular model, few people understand how much information you can really find out from these guides. A good used car review will tell you everything you need to know about any href="http://shopottawacars.com">used car for sale. It will tell you how fast it will depreciate, what is likely to go wrong with the car and when it is likely to go, and how long you can expect it to last before you have to replace it entirely.

Of course, used car reviews only tell half of the story. In general, you really can’t get by without having a qualified mechanic look at any car you are considering buying. You never know what it has gone through, after all. Even if you look up the Carfax automotive history for that model, you might miss things. Title washing is very common, and even legal in some places. A used car review will tell you what to look at and what not to look at, but it still won’t tell you what to buy.

What I would like to see more of is used car dealer reviews. Used car reviews are great, but they only get you so far. A lot of people are unable to take advantage of the warranties offered by used car dealers because they are, naturally, distrustful of the claims these people make. Used cars buyers need to know what businesses they can trust, and what each dealer specializes in. The fact is, most used auto dealers won’t let you take their cars off the lot to check them out with a mechanic. You need to know if they are honest so that you can figure out how long the car will last.

Of course, in this day and age you almost need to own your own set of used car reviews. Things move so quickly with online car sales that, if you aren’t able to check out the Kelly blue book value quickly, you might miss an excellent deal. Don’t be at the mercy of people or car dealers who buy used cars sell used cars.
Shopping for a used car can be nerve wracking, but it can also be really exciting!

How to Buy Used Cars for Sale

Monday 7 July 2008 @ 9:17 pm

I am a shopoholic, until I have to shop for used cars for sale. I love shopping for anything and everything. I don’t even have to buy anything to have a great shopping trip. I am content looking. I enjoy grocery shopping as well as clothes and shoe shopping. There have been times in my life where I have wished that I could be a professional shopper. I think this is something that I will look into doing for a part-time retirement job. It would be fun to go get groceries for people that cannot get out, or to take them shopping if they do
not have transportation.

Even though I love to shop there is one thing I cannot stand to do, look for a used car. When it comes to used cars for sale I want nothing to do with shopping. I have had a few bad
experiences in buying used cars for sale and since that time I have hated shopping for previously owned cars. I put a great deal of miles on my vehicles so unfortunately I need to purchase cars more often than I would like. Most times I have my husband look with so that I am getting sound advice about a car. I was in the market for another vehicle and I was complaining about having to look at used cars for sale. One of my co-workers told me about looking up href="http://shopottawacars.com">previously owned vehicles on the internet. My first response was that I did not want to drive all over the place finding a car. He told me that this was not necessary. You can go on several
different used car sites and type in what you are looking for and what area you are willing to travel to find it. A list of used cars for sale will pop up for that area.

I thought this sounded too good to be true. I went on one of the sites. I filled in the boxes that asked what price range I was interested in, what make and model and how many miles on the vehicle. I could be as general or specific as I wanted to be. I was then asked to type in my zip code and what mile radius I was willing to travel from that zip code. If you check out a local online car classifieds site you don’t evne have to include the mile radius, all the cars are local! I entered all the information and found three cars in the area that met the criteria that I entered. One was for sale by owner and the other two were at dealerships. I called the private party to make arrangements to see the car. My husband and I went and looked at the cars that were at the dealerships. We then went and looked at the car from the private party.

The individual that had the car had kept great maintenance logs and the car had very low miles on it. There was a small dent in the back fender; otherwise the car was in great shape. We bought the car and made arrangements to switch over the title the next day. It was the smoothest process I had ever been involved in when purchasing a vehicle, now it’s buy used cars for sale at my fingertips!

A Career in Accounting: Tips on How You Can be Successful

Sunday 6 July 2008 @ 9:51 pm

In any type of businesses, an accountant is needed. You have to consider that accounting is basically the language in business and having enough knowledge about accountancy is essential for businessmen and women to know how their business is doing. This is why accounting professionals are very much in demand today. And, a lot of certified accountants have become quite successful in their field and some have even started their own business.

The great thing about this career is that it will enable you to interact with all levels of business and you will also learn a lot from it.

So, just what does it take to become an accountant and follow this career?

First of all, you need to know about the eligibility in becoming an accountant.
